It didn’t take much for Noah Basketball founder and board member Alan Marty to convince Dianna Branning to come with him to visit Stanford women’s volleyball Coach John Dunning. Not only is Dunning one of the greatest collegiate volleyball coaches of all-time with four national championships, but he is also an ardent supporter of the Noah system.

In recent years my search for ways to help our team achieve the goals we have set, as well as for each player to have the chance to achieve the personal goals they have set for themselves, has expanded and intensified. I have always been curious and have attempted to be open to the thoughts of others in this search, but I have also allowed myself to be held back because of a strong belief in the things I had felt were the basis of my success as a coach.

It was right there all along.
Castilleja, an all-girls independent school located in Palo Alto, Calif., already had a Noah Select System for its basketball team. Noah helped the Gators post an impressive 20-10 record last season.
But basketball wasn’t the only sport that benefitted from Noah. The volleyball team found a way to use Noah to improve its setting.
